Adult Classes

Utopia Dance runs fun, friendly street dance / hip hop classes for adults throughout London and the South East. Street dance & hip hop are the dance styles seen in many music videos - they are very energetic forms of dance, and so a fantastic way to keep fit whilst having fun! All of our team are professional dancers, with great experience within the dance and music industries, and so are excellent at breaking down moves and teaching them in an easy-to-follow manner.

We use upbeat, current urban music as the soundtrack for your class. Classes are structured so that they start with a hip hop based warm-up, which gives a fantastic cardio workout using some of the moves which will be later incorporated into your routine, followed by a short 'core' work-out, and then by learning a new hip hop / street dance routine every week.

Don’t worry if you are new to dance – our classes cater for everyone from beginners to those with dance experience. We ensure that we go through moves as many times as the class needs, so that no-one feels rushed, and that everyone feels they've achieved the routine by the end of class, whilst having a great work-out!!

Your wedding - your first dance

Utopia also supplies choreography and tuition to couples looking to make their first dance extra special. If you are unsure on the dance floor, or have dance experience but would love to really wow your guests with a choreographed dance to remember, your confidence and enjoyment of your first dance can really be boosted with professional tuition.

All of our team are professional dancers, and we have specialists in different dance styles, so can meet your needs whatever your chosen song. You may be looking for a fully choreographed routine or just some training to improve confidence and give you a few steps that you can use within the dance. Your dance teacher will be extremely friendly and will make the session fun, whilst ensuring you feel relaxed and confident.

Dance Parties

Looking for that extra special teen or adult birthday or hen party? Why not book a Utopia Dance party - we will provide you with fun, professional dance tuition themed to the music of your choice, so that you and all your guests have the opportunity to learn your very own routine, before breaking for some well-deserved rest and refreshments!!

Choose your favourite dance style - teens often love learning breakdancing tricks from our professional breakdancers, whereas a hen party could let their hair down learning burlesque or 70s disco!!
